The nearest neighbors are the cows that live in the pasture next door, which provide pleasant company during the holidays. This fine house with historical roots in the 19th century is incredibly beautiful in a cultural landscape with the forest outside the knot. The house has been completely renovated with a lot of flair. In the large country kitchen you will find all comforts but also a cozy and warming wood stove. The living room next to the kitchen has plenty of space for socializing and also a large dining area. On chilly evenings, you can light the stove and enjoy the glow of the fire. You enjoy sunny days in the beautiful glass veranda and feel the holiday calm coming your way. On the lower floor there is also a tasteful bedroom with a double bed (180) and a junior bed. Beautiful tiled stove but it is not fireable. Upstairs you will find a large bedroom with wonderful ceiling height and a double bed (180). There is also a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed (90+90) and a nice view of the surroundings. If you are traveling with infants, there is a travel cot to borrow. Large private garden and a cozy terrace (the hot tub may not be used). Fire up the grill, walk through the paddock down to the private pond and take a dip from the jetty. For convenience, there is a bathing ladder. The house is completely secluded and there is very little traffic nearby. Large garden with space for games and rest. Only a short drive to the nice bathing spot Jogen (4 km) or to Åsunden (13 km). Ulricehamn offers food, shopping and promenades along the lake. Visit Lassalyckan (14 km) with many fun activities such as mountain bike trails, paddling and soccer fields. In Borås you can visit Borås Zoo (49 km) where you can experience both Nordic and exotic animals. In summary, a really peaceful and pleasant accommodation in beautiful surroundings. Wohnen Sie ruhig und völlig ungestört in diesem ansprechend renovierten, sehr gemütlichen Ferienhaus. Die nächsten Nachbarn sind die Kühe auf der angrenzenden Weide, die in den Ferien für angenehme Gesellschaft sorgen. Das geräumige Ferienhaus, mit historischen Wurzeln ins 19. Jahrhundert, liegt unglaublich schön in einer Kulturlandschaft mit dem Wald gleich vor der Haustür. Es wurde mit viel Geschmack komplett renoviert. In der großen Landhausküche finden Sie allen Komfort, aber auch einen gemütlichen und wärmenden Holzofen. Das Wohnzimmer neben der Küche bietet viel Platz zum geselligen Beisammensein und auch einen großen Essbereich. An kühlen Abenden können Sie den Ofen anzünden und die Wärme des Feuers genießen. Auf der schönen Glasveranda genießen Sie sonnige Tage und spüren, wie die Erholung sich ausbreitet. In der unteren Etage befindet sich außerdem ein geschmackvolles Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (180 cm breit) und einem Juniorenbett. Schöner Kachelofen, der aber nicht anwendbar ist. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie ein großes Schlafzimmer mit herrlicher Deckenhöhe und einem Doppelbett (180 cm breit). Es gibt auch ein kleineres Schlafzimmer mit einem Etagenbett (90+90 cm Kojen) und einem schönen Blick in die Umgebung. Wenn Sie mit Kleinkindern reisen, können Sie ein Reisebett ausleihen. Großer privater Garten und eine gemütliche Terrasse (der vorhandene Whirlpool ist privat und darf nicht genutzt werden!). Zünden Sie den Grill an, gehen Sie durch die Koppel zum privaten Teich hinunter und erfrischen Sie sich vom Steg aus. Der Bequemlichkeit halber gibt es auch eine Badeleiter.
