Das Ferienhaus liegt recht geschützt auf einem großen, hügeligen Naturgrundstück mit etwas Rasen und schützender Hecke sowie teilweise überdachten Terrassenflächen. Dort findet man windgeschützte Sitzecken. Der Hauseigentümer legt selbst großen Wert auf Funktionalität und Gemütlichkeit, damit der Aufenthalt möglichst erholsam und dennoch aktiv und attraktiv für die ganze Familie wird.
