This detached, waterfront villa is located in the wooded holiday park Resort De Achterhoek in the beautiful region with the same name. Here you stay in the middle of nature, but nice cities are not far away. It is located 3.8 km. from the centre of Lochem and 13 km from the Hanseatic city of Zutphen The villa is furnished in a modern and comfortable way and covers two floors. On the ground floor you will find a nice, bright living room with TV and an open plan kitchen equiped with dishwasher and combination microwave. There is one 2-pers. bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. There is a separate toilet in the hall. Upstairs there are three additional 2-pers. bedrooms and a second bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup. You reach the waterfront garden with terrace and garden furniture through one of the several patio doors. A nice place to relax. There is parking for two cars at the villa. At the Resort De Achterhoek holiday park, various chalets, holiday homes and villas can be booked for four to twelve people. (Note: There are unexpected works taking place at the swimming pool at EuroParcs de Achterhoek. Due to these works, the swimming pool will be closed until week 8. We offer our guests the opportunity to use the nearby swimming pool De Beemd in Lochem during their stay (at our expense). The guest can collect an entrance ticket for this at the reception.)

Diese freistehende Villa am Wasser liegt im bewaldeten Ferienpark Resort De Achterhoek in der wunderschönen gleichnamigen Region. Hier wohnen Sie mitten in der Natur, aber schöne Städte sind nicht weit entfernt. Sie liegt 3,8 km vom Zentrum von Lochem und 13 km von der Hansestadt Zutphen entfernt. Die Villa ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet und erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie ein schönes, helles Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und eine offene Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Kombi-Mikrowelle. Es gibt ein 2-Personen-Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche und Toilette. Es gibt eine separate Toilette im Flur. Im Obergeschoss gibt es drei weitere 2-Personen-Schlafzimmer und ein zweites Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche und Toilette. Alle Betten sind einzelne Boxspringbetten, die entweder zu einem Doppelbett zusammengeschoben oder separat in einer Zweibettzimmeranordnung verwendet werden. Sie erreichen den am Wasser gelegenen Garten mit Terrasse und Gartenmöbeln durch eine der mehreren Terrassentüren. Ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen. An der Villa gibt es Parkplätze für zwei Autos. Im Ferienpark Resort De Achterhoek können verschiedene Chalets, Ferienhäuser und Villen für vier bis zwölf Personen gebucht werden. (Hinweis: Im Schwimmbad des EuroParcs de Achterhoek finden unerwartete Arbeiten statt. Aufgrund dieser Arbeiten ist das Schwimmbad bis zur 8. Woche geschlossen. Wir bieten unseren Gästen die Möglichkeit, während ihres Aufenthalts das nahegelegene Schwimmbad De Beemd in Lochem zu nutzen (auf unsere Kosten). Der Gast kann hierfür an der Rezeption eine Eintrittskarte abholen.)
Cette villa indépendante au bord de l'eau se situe dans le parc de vacances boisé Resort De Achterhoek, dans la belle région du même nom. Vous y séjournez en pleine nature, mais les belles villes ne sont pas loin. Elle se trouve à 3,8 km du centre de Lochem et à 13 km de la ville hanséatique de Zutphen. La villa est aménagée de manière moderne et confortable et s'étend sur deux étages. Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez un beau salon lumineux avec télévision et une cuisine ouverte équipée d'un lave-vaisselle et d'un micro-ondes combiné. Il y a une chambre pour 2 personnes et une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne et WC. Il y a des toilettes séparées dans le hall. A l'étage, il y a trois autres chambres pour 2 personnes et une deuxième salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne et WC. Tous les lits sont des lits simples à sommier tapissier, soit rapprochés pour former un lit double, soit utilisés séparément dans une configuration de chambre double. Op de begane grond vindt u een fijne, lichte woonkamer met tv en een open keuken met vaatwasser en combimagnetron. Er is één 2-pers. slaapkamer en een badkamer met inloopdouche en toilet. Er is een apart toilet in de hal. Boven zijn er nog drie 2-pers. slaapkamers en een tweede badkamer met inloopdouche en toilet.
