Ancienne fermette, la maison a de nombreuses dépendances (séchoir, hangar, vieille maisonnette, etc.), ce qui crée un havre clos autour d’un très vieux tilleul et offre un très beau potentiel. Pas de gros travaux structurels à prévoir mais des mises aux normes classiques et amélioration du système de chauffage.
