Im Arbeitszimmer Gips, Durchbrochen, Möbelplatten und Tapeten an den Wänden, Gips und Tapeten in den anderen beiden Räumen, Gips und im Schlafzimmer Gips, Tapeten und Möbelplatten, die Holz imitieren.
Die Bäder sind mit modernen Wand- und Bodenfliesen ausgestattet. In der Waschküche befinden sich große Porzellanfliesen auf dem Boden und an den Wänden.
