Im Untergeschoss, das vollständig restauriert wurde und auch vom Garten aus zugänglich ist, befinden sich die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Waschküche und ein technischer Raum. Bei der Wohnungsbesichtigung sind wir von der Helligkeit aller Räume überrascht, ein natürliches Geschenk der offenen Aussicht nach allen Seiten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist technologisch und hochmodern und ermöglicht eine ideale Bewohnbarkeit, sowohl für kurze Zeiträume - im Sommer und im Winter - als auch für ein dauerhaftes Wohnen. Wir sind der Meinung, dass diese Wohnung am besten für angenehme Aufenthalte von Familien mit zahlreichen Gästen geeignet ist, die die romantischen Strände des Lido von Venedig und gleichzeitig das historische Stadtzentrum lieben, das in nur 10 Minuten mit dem Vaporetto zu erreichen ist.Der Lido von Venedig ist ein beliebter Badeort für Venezianer und Touristen aus Italien und der ganzen Welt, der für sein kristallklares Wasser und seine schönen Strände geschätzt wird. Der Jugendstil prägt noch immer die gesamte Insel, begleitet von der Atmosphäre der "Belle Epoque", die im Spätsommer mit dem berühmten Filmfestival ihren Höhepunkt erreicht. Der Lido ist in wenigen Minuten mit verschiedenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen, und die ganze Insel kann mit dem Auto befahren werden, das dank der öffentlichen Fährverbindung mit dem Festland transportiert werden kann.
