Welcome in our wonderful spacy flat in the south of Munich (Thalkirchen). We have taken quite some time for a detail-oriented decoration and we are sure you will enjoy it here. The whole house is built with glass around it, so you have three sides (north, east and west) where a lot of light will enter. This is especially beautiful in winter times, when it can get dark early in Germany. From our big balcony you can view a lot of green trees in summer and in winter watch the squirrels trying to find their hidden nuts. All amenities are available in close walking distance (supermarket, bakeries, U-Bahn no. 3). It takes you only 15min by subway to go the center of Munich - Marienplatz. Walking down to the Isar-River is another highlight. Only 5min by foot and you'll reach "Flaucher", a famous area where people relax next to the river and do barbecues or even the beautiful Munich Zoo. The whole loft has a size of 168 square meters, with a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, a master bathroom with both a bathtub and a very spacious shower. The open kitchen (with a Miele regular and steam oven, BORA induction stove, Ninja air-fryer and Thermomix blender) leads directly into the living room. There is a second guest bathroom which also has a separate shower and a storage room with all necessary equipment (freezer, Bosch washing and drying machine etc.). Wir haben uns viel Zeit für die Dekoration genommen und sind sicher, dass Sie es hier genießen werden. Das ganze Haus ist von Glas umgeben, sodass viel Licht von drei Seiten (Norden, Osten und Westen) hereinkommt. Dies ist besonders schön in den Wintermonaten, wenn es in Deutschland früh dunkel werden kann. Von unserem großen Balkon aus können Sie im Sommer viele grüne Bäume sehen und im Winter die Eichhörnchen beobachten, wie sie versuchen, ihre versteckten Nüsse zu finden. Alle Annehmlichkeiten sind in kurzer Gehentfernung verfügbar (Supermarkt, Bäckereien, U-Bahn Linie 3). Es dauert nur 15 Minuten mit der U-Bahn, um ins Zentrum von München - zum Marienplatz - zu gelangen. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Spaziergang zur Isar. Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß und Sie erreichen den "Flaucher", ein berühmtes Gebiet, in dem die Menschen am Fluss entspannen, grillen oder sogar den schönen Münchner Zoo besuchen. Das gesamte Apartment hat eine Größe von 168qm, inkl. einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank im Haupt-Schlafzimmer, an welches direkt das Haupt-Badezimmer mit sehr großer Dusche und Badewanne angrenzt. Die offene Küche (mit Miele Ofen und Dampfgarer, BORA Induktionsherd, Ninja Heißluftfritteuse und Thermomix) geht direkt in den Wohn- und Essbereich über. Außerdem gibt es ein zweites Badezimmer mit separater Dusche und einen Abstellraum, in dem die wichtigsten Utensilien (wie Eisschrank, Bosch Waschmaschine und Trockner) zu finden sind.
