The former sandstone barn was converted into four apartments on four floors 25 years ago. The historical core of the Pleikartsförterhof is a largely closed complex of several independent farmsteads grouped around a central square with a fountain. The only access route is the Oftersheimer Weg, which runs along the hamlet to the north.
