This holiday resort can be found at the foot of the imposing Dachstein mountains and on the banks of the picturesque Hallstättersee, near famous Hallstatt. This luxurious hotel room is located on the first floor of a chalet. The front door brings you into the shared hallway. From there, you will find your own front door. The other door leads to the studio on the groundfloor. Obertraun is located south-west of Salzburg in the lake area of Salzkammergut. During the summer it's a popular holiday area and during the winter a busy skiing area. The area is so unique, that is was added to UNESCO's World Heritage list in 1997. The hotel room features two single box-spring beds in a double setup. There is a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Some of the hotel rooms also feature a balcony. This is not standard. The price includes hotel service. This means breakfast, daily cleaning and twice a week clean bedding and towels. There is free parking for one car at about a minute walk from the apartment. In the holiday village there is a central building with many options, such as a restaurant with sun terrace (terrace only open in the summer), indoor swimming pool, mini market, children's entertainment (in summer only) and a fitness studio. You can book a massage on the spot for a fee. The public beach of the lake is located within walking distance. During the winter, the ski bus stops in front of the door and you can arrange ski rental on site. The area offers a great deal of activities and outings, both summer and winter. The ideal holiday destination in any season!

Am Fuße des imposanten Dachsteingebirges und am Ufer des malerischen Hallstättersees am bekannten Hallstatt liegt dieses luxuriöse Hotelzimmer in der ersten Etage eines Chalets. Durch die Haustür gelangen Sie in den gemeinschaftlichen Flur. Von dort aus haben Sie natürlich Ihre eigene Haustür. Die andere Tür führt zum Hotelzimmer Studio im Erdgeschoss. Obertraun liegt südöstlich von Salzburg im weitläufigen Seengebiet Salzkammergut. Im Sommer ein sehr beliebtes Urlaubsgebiet und im Winter ein viel besuchtes Skigebiet. Das Gebiet ist so einzigartig, dass es 1997 als Weltkulturerbe an die Liste der UNESCO zugefügt wurde. Das Hotelzimmer verfügt über zwei Boxspring-Einzelbetten, die als Doppelbett zusammenstehen. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und WC. Manche Hotelzimmer verfügen über einen Balkon. Dieser ist also nicht standardmäßig vorhanden. Der Hotelservice ist im Preis enthalten. Dazu gehören Frühstück, tägliche Reinigung und zweimal pro Woche der Wechsel von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Es gibt eine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit für ein Auto ca. 1 Gehminute von der Ferienwohnung entfernt. In dem Feriendorf befindet sich ein zentrales Gebäude mit vielen Möglichkeiten wie einem Restaurant mit Sonnenterrasse (Terrasse nur im Sommer geöffnet), Hallenbad, Minimarkt, Kinderanimation (nur im Sommer) und einem Fitnessstudio. Eine Massage können Sie vor Ort gegen Gebühr dazu buchen. Wenige Gehminuten entfernt liegt der öffentliche Strand des Sees. Im Winter hält der Skibus vor der Tür und Sie können auch vor Ort Skier mieten. Die Region bietet sowohl im Sommer wie auch im Winter ein großes Angebot an Aktivitäten und Ausflügsmöglichkeiten. Sie ist also zu jeder Jahreszeit das ideale Urlaubsziel! Die Wohnungstypen sind in Kategorien eingeteilt. Die Lage des Chalets kann sich von der Fotopräsentation unterscheiden, das Komfortniveau ist aber wie beschrieben. Bei den gezeigten Fotos handelt es sich nur um ein Beispiel.

La porte d'entrée ouvre sur l'entrée commune, d'où vous accédez évidemment à votre propre porte d'entrée. L'autre porte mène à la studio au rez-de-chaussée. Obertraun se trouve au sud-est de Salzbourg au cœur de la vaste région des lacs du Salzkammergut. En été, une destination de vacances très prisée et en hiver, un domaine skiable fort fréquenté. La région est par ailleurs d'une telle exception, qu'elle a été ajoutée à liste du patrimoine mondial de L'UNESCO, en 1997. La chambre d'hôtel dispose de deux sommiers à ressorts 1-pers. pouvant être configurés en lit double. Il y a une salle de bain avec baignoire et toilettes. Certaines chambres d'hôtel disposent d'un balcon. Ce n'est donc pas standard. Le prix inclut le service hôtelier. Celui-ci comprend le petit déjeuner, le nettoyage quotidien et le changement des draps et des serviettes deux fois par semaine. Obertraun ligt ten zuidoosten van Salzburg in het omvangrijke merengebied Salzkammergut. 's Zomers een zeer populair vakantiegebied en 's winters een veel bezocht skigebied. Este complejo de vacaciones se encuentra a los pies de las imponentes montañas de Dachstein y a orillas del pintoresco Hallstättersee, cerca de Famous Hallstatt.
